End of the year parties

Dear Parents,

We have two end-of-the-year parties coming up. The first, on Tuesday the 22nd, is a pizza party with our buddies. If you can donate $3 - $5 for ordering pizza that would be great. I will be pitching in the rest. We will need 8 - 10 pizzas. Also is there anyone willing to order and bring the pizzas to us at 11:30 that day? I also would love someone to bring dessert.

For the second party, our class party at the park, we only need chips and drinks to eat. I DO need lots of parent helpers for our centers though. If you are able to meet us at the Boys' and Girls' Club park at 9:00, please do. We will be leaving the park at 11:00 to return to school.

If you are able to help, either with food or on the park day, please let me know as soon as possible. You can post a comment or send a not to school. Thank you all so much. The students are very excited about the activities next week.
