TO KINDERGARTEN AND BEYOND!!!!
Important Information for the First Day of School


Make sure your child gets plenty of rest and has a healthy breakfast. Being on time or even a little early does a lot to relieve any last minute fears. Our playground opens at 8:00 a.m. and we will begin class promptly at 8:15 a.m. If your child is feeling nervous about starting school, try reading some books about Kindergarten, like Mouse Goes to School.

Your child should bring a backpack and healthy lunch or lunch money everyday. If your child would like a snack during our recess time, please put it in a separate bag marked "snack".

Please say goodbye to your child at the line and do not follow us to the classroom. Seeing parents faces in the window only reminds us how much we miss you!:)

At 1:30 dismissal we will walk out to the lunch benches by the cafeteria. Please wait for us there.

All daily supplies (pencils, crayons, etc.) will be provided. If you would like to donate anything else to our class, our wishlist can be found at www.woodlandrm3.blogspot.com If you would like to volunteer your time, please let us know and make sure you have your TB test and volunteer paperwork filled out with the office. Thank you!

And last but not least, look forward to an "out of this world" year at the best school in the universe!
